Non-compliance issues must be addressed before a compliance certificate can be issued.
Our Pre-compliance inspection, consultation and report service has been designed to identify non-compliance issues, while affording you the time to rectify non-compliance issues before a compliance inspection is conducted on your pool or spa. You get time to investigate alternative options, time to get multiple quotes and time get the work completed.
If we conduct a Pre-compliance consultation, inspection and report, and you take the advice provided by us on the rectification works required for non-conformances identified, we GUARANTEE that when our Building inspector (safety barrier) conducts the Pool or Spa Compliance Inspection it will pass. And it does fail, we will pay for the re-inspection service required to get the barrier compliant.
Pre-compliance Barrier consultation, inspection and report.
A pre-compliance consultation will not only identify areas of non-conformance but will also allow you the time to rectify major non-conformances without potential time imposed financial penalties. It will also save you money, by giving you the time to obtain and compare multiple quotes and options. Our Pre-compliance Barrier Consultation will assess your pool or spa safety barrier for compliance to the Building Act 1993 and Part 9A of the Building Regulations 2018. The consultation includes:
1. Undertaking an inspection of your pool or spa safety barrier to determine compliance with the applicable barrier standard.
2. Providing a list area of non-conformance.
3. Provide advice and solutions to bring the safety barrier up to conformance.
4. Provide the time required to rectify non compliances. Non-compliance issues identified in a compliance inspection are required to be repaired within 60 days.
Our pre-compliance inspection, consultation and report will allow you more time, to get quotes and investigate alterntive solutions, saving time and money.
